Moved by Silence
Fluid, intuitive movement rooted in the elements and the wisdom of the body
Session Details
Moved by Silence is an embodied movement practice inspired by yoga, qigong, breath, meditation, and feminine flow. We begin by listening. From stillness, movement slowly emerges through breath, sensation, rhythm, and presence. Some moments feel soft and fluid. Others feel strong, wild, tender, or deeply grounding. Each session follows the body’s natural intelligence and what wants to move in the moment. The practice is rooted in the elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. Through movement, breath, sound, and awareness, we reconnect with the cycles of nature within ourselves. Classes may include yoga asana, intuitive movement, self massage, mantra, meditation, music, and moments of deep rest. The intention is not performance, but presence. A return to feeling, vitality, creativity, and embodied connection. My approach has been deeply shaped through years of study with teachers including David Life and Petros Haffenrichter of Jivamukti Yoga, Lorraine Taylor, James Swartz, Uma Dinsmore Tuli, Mira Moona, and Jenny Janaki through Rooted Body Leadership. Their teachings continue to inspire the way I guide movement, feminine embodiment, and intuitive practice. You are invited to move in your own rhythm, soften into your body, and let yourself be carried by what is alive within you.
